MOSCOW, 20 December. /TASS/. The head of the Moscow Department of Culture, Alexander Kibovsky, acted as a costume consultant for two episodes of the film Nuremberg, which is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2022.
The script for the film “Nuremberg” was written based on the novel “Forever and Ever” by lawyer and historian Alexander Zvyagintsev, who devoted more than 40 years to studying the Nuremberg Trials. In August, it was reported that the editing of the tape had begun.
“This is a very serious and large-scale picture. It involves a large number of characters in uniform – both our country and foreign countries. Because we have not only Soviet military personnel there, but also British, Americans, French, German army,” Kibovsky told TASS on Monday.
He added that he had previously taught the history of military costume at the Moscow Art Theater Studio, and had also been a costume consultant for 12 films already.
